Lead with experience

Start with when, why, and how you visited. Do not open with a list of search phrases.

Questions that create useful detail

• When did you visit and how long did you wait?
• What route did you take and what did you order or use?
• What differed from your expectation?
• Who would or would not enjoy it?
• What would you do differently next time?

Category observations

• Food: portion, temperature, texture, seasoning, speed, and value
• Cafe: seating, noise, outlets, comfort, and drinks
• Stay: check-in, cleanliness, soundproofing, bedding, transport, and room reality
• Attraction: difficulty, time, crowds, weather impact, and facilities
