Three to five representative reviews
Agreement to writing and enforcement policies
A specific activity region and review focus

Thirty reviews do not guarantee approval

Thirty published reviews only unlock manual assessment. Administrators review authenticity, specificity, accuracy, photography, writing quality, and policy history.
