Detailed policy

Customer information protection standards

Registration information protectionPublic nicknames are kept separate from information that could reveal login credentials.

An account cannot be created if its username or email address is identical or similar to the public nickname. Registration is also restricted when a username or email directly contains the nickname or includes words, strings, or hints that make the nickname easy to infer.

Posting your own or another member's username, email address, password, or any hint that could reveal login information may result in immediate suspension to protect the account.

Password and authentication information protectionOperators never ask for a full password or authentication code.

Operators and staff do not ask for a full password or one-time authentication code by email, comment, chat, or phone.

Use a password that is different from passwords on other services. Never share it or store it in a public document outside your browser.

New device and suspicious login protectionUnusual access may require additional verification or a session restriction.

If a new device, an unusual access region, or repeated authentication failures are detected, additional identity verification may be required or login may be temporarily restricted.

Always sign out after using a shared device. If you notice suspicious access, change your password and notify the Customer Center.

Account unlock and recoveryA fully locked account is unlocked only after identity verification using registered information.

A fully locked account can be recovered only after identity verification using the registered contact and account information.

Identity verification materials are processed only to the extent needed for account recovery and are protected or destroyed under the applicable retention policy after verification.
